Order Processing times

All orders are processed and shipped from our warehouse within 1 business day.

 

PO Boxes

We do not ship to P.O. boxes outside of Canada.

 

Holidays and Courier delays

We know that the holidays can be a busy time for many companies, especially our couriers.  Because of this, we recommend buying your tummytape at least 10 days prior to any major holiday when shipping with standard delivery, and 5 business days prior when using express delivery.

Canceling an Order

Need to cancel an order? Not a problem!  Just email us at hello@mytummytape.com and one of our team members would be more than happy to help you out!  

Warehouse & Shipping location

All tummytape orders are manufactured and shipped from Toronto, Ontario, Canada. 

Shipping Notifications & Tracking

When your order is ready to leave our warehouse, you will be notified via e-mail.  If there is tracking available for your order, you will be able to access your tracking page by clicking on the link in your e-mail.
